Bill Clinton"Bubba"

William Jefferson Clinton was born August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas. He studied at Georgetown, Oxford (as a Rhodes Scholar), and Yale Law School, where he met Hillary Rodham, his future wife. He became Arkansas Attorney General and then the state's youngest governor at age 32, serving multiple terms before winning the presidency in 1992. His two terms (1993–2001) were marked by a strong economy and budget surpluses, welfare reform, and NAFTA, but also significant controversy — most notably the Monica Lewinsky scandal, which led to his impeachment by the House in 1998 (he was acquitted by the Senate and remained in office).
