John Noble Goodwin

John Noble Goodwin was an American attorney and politician who served as the first governor of Arizona Territory from 1863 to 1866. He was also a congressman from Maine from 1861 to 1863, and a delegate to the United States House of Representatives from Arizona Territory from 1866 to 1867.
