Biography
Jim Pillen was elected Governor of Nebraska in 2022, succeeding term-limited Governor Pete Ricketts. A veterinarian, pig farmer, and University of Nebraska regent, he ran with strong support from outgoing Governor Ricketts. He has focused on property tax relief and education.
